That’s why it’s important for home-buyers to schedule this inspection service, bringing us in to test the radon levels utilizing specialized technology that will provide us with an accurate reading.
When we perform a Water Testing service, we’ll first need to collect samples of water from the home’s well and tap. These samples will then be transferred to a local laboratory that will analyze the water for contaminants that could be harmful for your health—including heavy metals such as lead, e. Coli, nitrates, and nitrites.
For this inspection service, we’ll perform a tape test and an air sample for the presence and specific concentration of mold spores. We’ll also be looking for evidence of ongoing moisture damage that could be allowing the mold to proliferate and thrive. With this inspection you will be provided a comprehensive report with a remediation plan.

Final Walkthrough Inspections
This inspection service can be combined with a standard Buyer’s Inspection for an additional fee. Before the real estate transaction becomes official, we’ll arrive at the property for one final check—looking over the Create Request List (CRL) items to make sure the issues were resolved before closing. We will also look over the readily accessible areas of the home to see if any deficiencies have emerged since the last inspection took place.
